online und in Präsenz in Wolfenbüttel
Doz: Heather Bond
Would you like to feel more confident speaking English in everyday situations and discussions? In this class, you’ll expand your vocabulary, build fluency, and speak with greater ease and confidence.
Each week, we’ll read and talk about engaging topics from a variety of materials — including current events, culture, and everyday life. Discussions will be lively but supportive, helping you express your opinions on both concrete and abstract topics.
The course takes place mostly online, with two in-person sessions in Wolfenbüttel: one at the start and one at the end of the semester. Meeting in person gives us the chance to practice more natural conversation and connection.
To help us get started at the right level, please complete a free EF SET English evaluation before the first class: www.efset.org. EF SET offers three free test options:
1. A 90-minute comprehensive test (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
2. A 50-minute test (reading and listening)
3. A 15-minute quiz (quick estimate of reading and listening levels)
